Return, Exchange And Cancellation Policy

RETURN POLICY:

  • At Glam-up Lights, we are committed to customer satisfaction. However, we do not accept any returns unless you receive a damaged/broken product.
  • In the case of a damaged/broken piece, kindly email us with your order id and supporting pictures to our email ID within 48 hours of you receiving the product.
  • Once we receive your email request, we will send you the damaged part/s.
  • In case the entire product needs a change, we will send you a new piece.
  • In the case of non availability of the piece your refund for the same will be initiated once we receive & verify the damaged piece. Refund will be initiated in 3-5 working days.
  • Return of the damaged piece will only be accepted in original packing, invoice and should be in new condition.

EXCHANGE POLICY:

  • We have a strict no exchange policy.

 CANCELLATION POLICY:

  • An order cannot be cancelled once confirmed. However, you can modify the order for products of the same or higher value within 24 hours provided the order has not been shipped.
